Our intervention strategy is primarily based on engaging client organizations in the process, and most importantly in sharing responsibility for end results. Invariably, clients are encouraged to appoint a counterpart team (or a process owner) to work closely with
ACISTC consultants throughout the different phases of the project. An invaluable result of this practice is helping client organizations build an “Internal Capability”, a pool of fairly – experienced staff who can work on future projects almost independently, or at least actively contribute to the process of selecting and appraising consulting firms as the need arises.
